Working principle and main structure
1. Turntable structure: The turntable is the main executive part of the machine. 2. Track mechanism: The track has a cylindrical cam and a flat concave wheel composed of an upper track and a lower track, which are the tracks of the upper and lower punches. The upper track is composed of upper punching upper rail, upper punching preload rail, upper punching lower rail, upper punching upper parallel rail, upper punching lower parallel rail, and pressing down rail. They are respectively fastened on the upper track disc. The lower track is composed of the lower punching upper rail, the lower punching upper rail and the filling rail. They are respectively installed on the lower track seat.
3. Filling adjustment device: The filling adjustment is used to adjust the tablet weight. The filling adjustment mechanism is installed inside the main body, and the moon-shaped filling rail can be observed on the main body plane. 4. Sheet thickness (pressure) adjusting device: adjust the sheet thickness (pressure) by adjusting the lower pressure wheel up and down. 5. Feeding device: This device is composed of a feeding hopper, an adjusting screw, and a feeder. The feeder is a moon-shaped grid feeder, which is installed on the turntable. The gap between the feeder and the working surface of the turntable and the height of the hopper are adjusted according to the fluidity of the particles.
6. Transmission device: The transmission part of the machine is composed of electric motor, synchronous belt pulley, worm gear reducer, test run handwheel, etc. The motor is installed on the motor seat of the bottom plate. After the motor is started, the power is transmitted to the spoke of the decelerating worm wheel through a pair of synchronous belts.
