This single-side labeling machine is mainly used for the automatic labeling of the side surface of various square products suitable for vertical placement, such as medicine, daily chemical industry, food, etc. It adopts the labeling device with high precision and high speed to adapt to the labeling of products of different sizes. Save a lot of manpower, improve the accuracy and consistency of labeling. The stepper motor is labeled with imported high precision intelligent electric eye and high reliability microcomputer chip program controller (PLC), and the color human-machine interface humanized graphic display control, the operation and setting are intuitive and convenient, and it has 50 groups of parameter storage and counting functions. The exposed parts of the machine are made of stainless steel, engineering plastics and high-strength alloy aluminum treated with anodized surface, which is light in structure, high in strength and corrosion resistant, and meets the requirements of GMP standard for equipment.
This labeling machine consists of the following parts:
(1) conveyor belt: used for conveying labeled products and labeled products. POM chain conveyor belt is driven by motor.
(2) labeling host: used to drive the whole volume of labels and peel off a single label to provide products. It is composed of servo motor, polyurethane marking wheel, marking plate, leading shaft, brake mechanism, measuring mechanism, stripping plate, synchronous bid receiving mechanism, lifting mechanism and front and rear adjustment mechanism.

(5) labeling position adjustment: it is used to control the labeling of products of different heights and the labeling of products at the left and right positions. The hand wheel drives the labeling main board up and down and back to control the labeling board position, so as to adjust the labeling height and front and rear positions to suit bottles of different heights and thicknesses.
(6) power control: used for general power switch and control and indication of power supply.
(7) human-machine interface: used to control the automatic operation program. Part of the actions can be controlled separately on the human-machine interface and various labeling operation parameters can be set, stored and read on the human-machine interface.
(8) label brush device: it is used to brush labels flat on the surface of products when labeling products. It is composed of sponge wheel and adjustment mechanism.
