Blister molding

The molding mechanism adopts positive pressure blowing, concave mold forming, convenient mold replacement, full and beautiful blister cap. The forming upper die is fixed, and the forming lower die rises to the supreme limit under the action of the CAM and presses the PVC plastic sheet. At this time, the air valve is opened, and the compressed air through the filtering pressure reducing valve enters the forming upper die into the forming lower die cavity, and the PVC plastic sheet is positively pressed.

Continuous multi-push design, a total of 22 groups of push hands, each group of push hands only push once per cycle, the implementation of the action is more gentle, to ensure the stability of high-speed operation of the equipment. Each group of push hand is a double push hand form, for the manual push hand and the product push hand, push the manual first, and then push the package to prevent the manual from causing resistance to the package. The medicine plate is backed up by the box filling machine, with beautiful operation surface and less space.

Suction box
Through the vacuum of the equipment, the high-precision compound CAM rotating three-head box opening device can realize the opening of the box and drop it into the corresponding position at the same time. The compound CAM can open three boxes per rotation, which greatly improves the box filling speed and stability. It is obviously different from the opening method of the traditional domestic box filling machine. Two vacuum suction heads are used to absorb the two adjacent faces of the carton, and the rotation of one of the suction heads opens the carton at an Angle of about 120°. After being put into the station, the suction head is released, and the carton automatically recovers to 90° and is fixed.
