1.Feeding mechanism
The bottle is loaded with chain-plate storage, which can realize the automatic connection of the bottle from the labeling machine to the feeding. The mechanism uses the oscillating mode manipulator driven by servo motor to realize the left and right double-channel feeding, improve the loading speed of the bottle, and make full use of pneumatic and vacuum suction technology, so that the loading action is smooth and free.

2.Medicine version pushhead
Put the carton and send it into the box opening head, can put about 1500 boxes at one time, the operator can reduce the number of boxes. Through the vacuum provided by the equipment, the high-precision compound gear rotates the 2-head box opening device, which can realize the opening of the box and drop it into the corresponding position at the same time. The gear can open 2 boxes per rotation, which improves the packing speed and stability. The suction head is used to absorb one side of the carton. When the suction head is rotated, under the action of the pre-opening mechanism, the carton can be opened automatically and fixed after being put into the station. This way of opening the carton can ensure a high success rate of opening the carton under high-speed operation.

3.Push plate mechanism
This mechanism is one of the most critical stations of the box filling machine. Here, the packing of the tablets and instructions will be completed. The push plate mechanism is controlled by the servo mechanism, through the positive and negative rotation of the servo motor to drive the linear reciprocating motion of the push plate mechanism, the servo adopts the imported servo, so as to achieve reliable and fast push plate into the box, at the same time, due to the rigidity of the board is not enough, especially when the single board is packed, in order to overcome the resistance encountered by the board in the process of entering the box, Therefore, a set of CAM motion mechanism is added to the pushing plate mechanism in the linear motion process to achieve the pressing plate, and the CAM motion mechanism can control the lifting and lowering of the pushing plate mechanism, so that the pushing plate mechanism does not touch the delivery chain plate of the plate when it is returned, and the plate can be pressed without causing the plate to bend. At the inlet of the box, there is also a set of anti-slip device, whose power also comes from the servo motor, through a set of four-link mechanism to achieve synchronous movement with the pushing mechanism.

4.Carton output mechanism
The carton conveying mechanism will transport the carton together with the plate and the instruction sheet to the sealing mechanism. After the automatic sealing, the output sealing mechanism will carry out continuous automatic tongue sealing on the carton which has been loaded with the plate and the instruction sheet. The sealed carton is delivered to the required station through a pair of conveyor belts.

Folding instructions The instructions are folded 1-4 times in the origami machine. The conveying mechanism sends the folded instructions to the station to be packed into the box, waiting for the box, and can complete a variety of different folding methods within one to four folds.
