Fully automatic horizontal effervescent tablet tube filling machine realizes automatic tube unscrambling, tablet pushing, cap unscrambling and capping. This machine adopts PLC, touch screen to ensure simple operation and convenient maintenance, which is suitable for the packaging of large thin single-row tablets stacked in tubes in an orderly manner. The equipment adopts PLC, optical fiber, photoelectric detection, etc., with stable performance, reliable action, and automatic operation. When there are no tablets, no bottles, no caps, etc., it can alarm and stop automatically. Tablet Sieving Unit When the tablet is discharged from the storage hopper, the powder is screened out through the sieve.	Tablet Feeding Unit After the tablets pass through the sieving part, they automatically enters the tablet discharge sliding track.

 

 

Sliding Track Unit After the tablets pass through the sieve part, they automatically enter the sliding track, and are ready to be loaded into tubes after tablet arrangement.	Tube Sorting and Feeding After tubes are poured into unscrambler manually, the unscrambler will automatically feed the tubes to the fixed loading position according to the set direction.	Cap Feeding Oscillating Bowl After caps are poured into the oscillating bowl manually, the oscillating bowl will vibrate and automatically send caps into the fixed capping position according to the set direction.

Paper Wrapping Unit

The tablets are arranged neatly on sliding track, and then are automatically sent to the paper wrapping position. After paper wrapping is completed, they are sent to the tube filling position.

Tube Filling Unit

After tablets are wrapped, they are sent to the tablet loading position, and pushed into tubes.

Cap Pressing Unit

When a tube is detected that tablets are loaded, the capping part will automatically press the cap into the mouth of the tube.
